How we make it
A truly authentic extra virgin olive oil, rich in antioxidants, full of flavor, and crafted with the same care that has defined Mediterranean groves for generations.
Pressed Within 24 Hours
Each harvest goes straight from grove to mill, olives are pressed within a single day to lock in rich aroma and nutrients before oxidation begins.
Cold Extracted, Never Heated
Using a two-phase cold milling process below 27°C (80°F), the oil retains natural polyphenols and signature peppery character.
Stored to Preserve Freshness
The finished oil rests in stainless steel silos under nitrogen at 14°C, keeping oxygen and light away so every tin tastes as fresh as the day it was pressed.
