For years, we noticed the same frustrating pattern: supermarket shelves filled with bottles claiming to be extra virgin, cold-pressed, authentic — yet there was no way for people to know for sure.
The more we explored, the clearer it became: the olive oil world was confusing, inconsistent, and lacking transparency.
The Moment Everything Became Clear
Everything changed when we visited our partner producers in southern Italy. That’s when we truly experienced what extra virgin olive oil is supposed to be:

- So fresh you can taste the land it came from
It was real. Pure. Traceable. And completely unlike any olive oil most people get to experience.
Our mission became simple: Know Your Tree, Know Your Oil
Reconnect people with the source of their food.
That’s why we created the Olive Tree Club — a membership where you adopt an olive tree from our groves and receive the oil produced from that harvest.
No guessing.
